Resistance to change is a natural human reaction in any work environment. It is present in all types of projects regardless of its size. If this resistance is not taken into account from the beginning, it may provoke the emergence of restrictive forces aimed at limiting or even provoking failure in the implementation of an innovative project.<\/p>\n
Resistance to change is a legitimate response that can not be eliminated. Hence the importance of not ignoring it, but rather taking the time to analyze its source in order to bring out positive elements for the entire project.<\/p>\n
There are several categories of resistance:<\/p>\n
Each of them requires different treatment and changes to the scope or framework of the project.<\/p>\n
It is therefore important to identify these different sources of resistance as early as possible and to include their treatment in the initial project itself.<\/p>\n
